CORSON Tea Estate Co. Ltd was incorporated in 1992. The company has been a manufacturer of black tea ever since 1886. As a pioneer of the tea industry in Mauritius, the family business aims to offer teas of excellent quality to its customers, while respecting and promoting the art of tea-drinking, Mauritian style.

The company’s raw material, green tea leaf, is purchased from 300 planters, on a yearly contract basis. Its strength is being able to produce, pack and deliver the products mainly on the local market. Corson Tea Estate’s vision is to diversify and develop new strategies in the near future with the aim to perpetuate the tradition of quality. The business employs 77 experienced people in the production of black tea whether in loose packets or in tea bags. Over the years, their mission has been to delight their customers with the best quality teas. The company is very aware of the market trends and has no hesitation to innovate while bearing in mind its quality mission statement and fulfilling the expectation of its consumers.

Corson Tea Estate is also the only certified HACCP company and proud member of the Made in Moris. The management of Corson Tea Estate Co. Ltd firmly believes in providing all Corson Tea customers with a high quality of service and safe high quality tea. The company wholly accepts its duty to comply with all relevant food legislation.
