CREATED in 1999 in the F.U.E.L factory, La Tropicale Mauricienne factory was taken over by BrandActiv in 2014 and moved to Riche Terre in the company’s headquarters. The business currently employs 11 people to manufacture ice cream, sorbet and frozen purée de fruits and operate the factory.
La Tropicale products are marketed and distributed by BrandActiv. The products are made locally and in an “artisanal” way with different aromas, textures and flavours. La Tropicale ingredients are 100% natural, strictly selected and sourced from different parts of the world. The finished products are free of artificial colors and flavors and without preservatives.
Labelled “Made in Moris” for more than five years, La Tropicale is a product designed and manufactured in Mauritius by a team with a long experience and a real knowhow. What makes La Tropicale special is the team that is constantly working on new recipes in order to stay ahead of our consumers’ expectations.
