The aim and purpose of the company is to give exceptional products that are not produced anywhere else but in Mauritius. Mammamia Che Gelato Ltd produces daily artisanal products to maintain its high standard. 

The company employs about 10 people whose main objective is to ensure the high quality of the products on a daily basis.

The chef’s family has a history of producing ice cream and cakes for four generations and therefore the recipe has remained constant. 

The Mauritian chef of Mammamia Che Gelato Ltd has been trained to proudly apply the highest standards of excellence to the purchase and delivery of fresh pastries and ice cream.
