Local market witnesses heavy trading during the week

The SEMDEX and the SEMTRI gained 0.54% and 0.55% respectively over the week.u003c/strongu003eu003c/pu003eu003cpu003eShares worth Rs 281.3 million were exchanged in a market environment that saw the market indices ending the week on a positive note. They wereexchanged for a total value of Rs 133.9 million, Rs 53 million, Rs 21.5 million, Rs 17.7 million and Rs 11.8 million, respectively.
