The All-share index, SEMDEX closed the same session at 1,805.07 points. The SEM-10 Index, which comprises the ten largest and most liquid stocks, closed at 345.44 points. The SEM sustainability index, SEMSI, ended the same day at 97.04 points. The market capitalisation stood at Rs 201.02 billion at market close on Monday.u003c/pu003eu003cpu003eTotal transactions amounted to Rs 198.5 million during the week. The top traded companies were: MCB Group Ltd (MCBG), New Mauritius Hotels Ltd (NMHL), SBM Holdings Ltd (SBMH), Sun Limited (SUN) and CIEL Limited (CIEL). They were exchanged for a total value of Rs 69.7 million, Rs 68.4 million, Rs 39.2 million, Rs 4.2 million and Rs 3.5 million. The shares of MCBG, NMHL, SBMH, SUN and CIEL closed at Rs 208.00, Rs 17.40, Rs 0.71, Rs 34.00 and Rs 6.50 on Monday 21u003csupu003estu003c/supu003e December 2015.u003c/pu003eu003cpu003eAn analysis of the evolution of the prices of listed stocks indicates that out of the 56 stocks figuring on the Official List, 15 moved up during the week, 31 remained stable and 10 went down.
