With the primary goal of providing an affordable and comprehensive health insurance to the local market, Jubilee Allianz Health Plan has been in the Mauritian market since 2011. We provide health insurance solutions to corporates, small and medium-sized businesses
(SMEs) and individuals.

The base plan is the inpatient cover, the member can then select from a variety of optional covers, such as outpatient benefits that include dental and optical services, wellness programs, Covid-19 Extension, and Catastrophe Cover for major illnesses.

For larger groups, we also provide tailored plans that accommodate our client’s unique health needs and financial constraints, allowing them to choose the coverage options that give them peace of mind.

We have established partnerships with all major clinics to ensure seamless transitions during hospitalization, allowing our insured members to receive prompt and efficient healthcare services when admitted to these health centres. In addition, we have worked with other service providers such as opticians and doctors to create a comprehensive network of care. We were the first in the industry to offer the convenience of cashless doctor visits at both homes and workplaces.

Our products and services are built on continuous innovation. Our dedication to providing exceptional service is demonstrated by our ability to process health claims within ten working days while maintaining our superior service level. We launched our online claims submission portal in 2021, allowing our members to easily update their profiles, upload claims, and track payment progress. Members can use this platform to track the status of their claims and provide any additional information needed to expedite reimbursement. Members receive timely notifications when their bank accounts are credited after their claims have been duly processed and paid.

Recently we introduced some new benefits in our covers. Members can now access a wellness benefits package that includes preventive treatments, newborn vaccinations, hormonal therapies, psychological counseling, and alternative treatments, subject to additional premiums. In addition, we launched the “J Care Parents Home Cover” extension, which is specifically designed for parents, grandparents, and other dependents under the care of our members, the majority of whom are retirees. This extension allows our members to cover their elderly parents up to the age of 95, with a new formula tailored to their specific needs. The “J Care Parents Home Cover” has proven to be extremely popular among our existing members, allowing them to ensure their parents’ well-being while enjoying the convenience of doctor visits at home. Furthermore, after two years of cover, this extension for parents provides a loyalty benefit, rewarding our valued clients for their continued trust and support.
