Brainworks bientôt cotée sur la SEM

Brainworks Capital Management, société d’investissement zimbabwéenne, pourrait être prochainement cotée sur la Stock Exchange of Mauritius. Cette société opère au  Zimbabwe et en Afrique subsaharienne. Commentant cette future entrée sur la SEM, Patrick Matute, Head of Advisory de Brainworks, a déclaré à un confrère étranger que : «The rationale is to provide liquidity for shareholders as well as list on an international exchange. Initially we wanted to complete the process by September, but we hope it will be done this month.»
