The takeover of ex-Apollo Bramwell Hospital by Omega Ark Investments PLC is the talk of the town. Unfazed by all the speculation surrounding this deal, the Group Chairman reveals his ambition and vision for the private hospital in an exclusive interview with Business Magazine.
BUSINESSMAG. Omega Ark Group has just acquired Apollo Bramwell Hospital. Can you give us an overview of the group and its various segments of activities?
Omega Ark was set up a few years back in 2012. It is a diversified business comprising healthcare, hotels, energy, commodities and in the future, banking. We are present in London, Singapore, Dubai and proudly in Mauritius, together with representation in various parts of Africa such as in Ghana and several East African countries. Our expertise within Omega Ark comes primarily from a financial background and we have been working on various business sectors since last year to build up our group.
