PANAGORA, incorporated in August 1974, is a marketing and distribution branch of Food & Allied Industries, now grown into Eclosia Group. After almost 50 years, Panagora is a pioneer in the FMCG market with over 5000 clients, ranging from supermarkets to traditional shops, and luxury hotels to fast food restaurants. 

The largest Food distributor in Mauritius, Panagora specializes in mainly local products but also boasts international brands such as McCain, Magnum and Bega. The company’s portfolio consists of everyday staples such as poultry, flour, dairy products, fresh, frozen and canned vegetables, meat, seafood and desserts. There is a Panagora brand in almost every household on the island, thanks to years of delivering quality products at affordable prices.

Since 2017, Panagora has structured its vision for better food around one concept: HELO, which stands for Healthy, Easy and Local. On top of championing its local brands, the company supports newer local food companies and traditional laboutik clients by giving them visibility through their media partners. Panagora also strives to contribute to healthier food for all, through collaborative action with its suppliers, media partners, and institutions like the MCCI or Regeneration Mauritius. Its 575 employees participate in sports & wellness activities every week and are sensitized to key sustainability issues such as healthier eating habits, food waste and energy. On its premises, the company has implemented solutions such as solar energy, rainwater harvesting and waste recycling.
