PASTA & PASTA was incorporated in December 2015. Since then, the company, which is a matchless pasta factory in Mauritius, produces and provides a range of authentic and fresh Italian pasta, filled pasta and gnocchi for numerous hotels and restaurants all over the island. 

Pasta & Pasta is a master of Pasta, ensuring high quality food with the help of 3 skillful employees. They are specialized in spaghetti, ravioli, gnocchi and they also bring you 100% natural, authentic and delicious locally produced artisan pasta. The food that Pasta & Pasta prepares is handmade with love using fresh and local ingredients as well as high quality Italian imported products. A firm favorite of its supermarket selection is the truffle and Mushroom Ravioli which is made using high quality Italian imported summer truffle. 

Pasta & Pasta products are available in more than 15 stores/boutiques in Mauritius. Alessandro Morino, an Italian Masterchef, was born in Italy, trained in America and finally settled in Mauritius many years ago to run prestigious kitchens. His passion is to make fresh and delicious pasta at affordable prices for the Mauritius people. Pasta & Pasta is also a proud member of Made in Moris, thus, continuing to produce local and tasty food.
