INCORPORATED on the 9th of July 1990, Les Bruleries de la Fournaise is an artisan coffee roastery based in RicheTerre, Mauritius. As the fi rst specialty coffee roastery on the island, it has been developing its passion for coffee in the last 34 years. It is specialized in coffee roasting in Mauritius and it sourced some of the best coffee beans around the world. They are a team of 20 professionals devoted to your coffee experience. They are also passionate about coffee machines and they represent some of the best coffee machines in the world, in Mauritius.
Les Bruleries de la Fournaise has a large portfolio of machines for home use to hospitality use.
With a focus on ethical practices to protect our island’s endemic species, Les Bruleries de la Fournaise sponsors the Mauritius Wildlife Foundation and to local production with the label ‘Made in Moris’.
